The last VizieR release is available.
- VizieR allows to compute positions into another coordinate System (ICRS, GALACTIC, FK4, Ecliptic) taking into account proper motions. It is now also possible to ignore the proper motions (-out.add=J2000/0.)
- fix VOTable issues : units, empty data
- resolve long URL in HTML output
