EuroVO-AIDA 1st WPMT meeting

20 & 21 November 2008, Villafranca del Castillo, Madrid (Spain)

The meeting will be held in ESAC, Villafranca del Castillo, Madrid, Spain. Please refer to the directions to get there here. The meeting will take place in the room C31. "After going through the security gate, go walking down the road, let the first two buildings on your right, and take the first entrance to the third building (Building C). The meeting room C31 is at the end of the corridor."

All participants to the final DCA Board/PCT meeting (organised back-to-back with the 1st WPMT meeting) are invited to attend the AIDA WPMT meeting to ensure proper liaison between the two projects.

We propose that meetings participants handle their own hotel reservation if possible in the Hotel Florida Norte (http://www.hotelfloridanorte.com/). We will then have the possibility to share taxis to get to ESAC. The best way to handle reservation is by emailing to: reservas.florida@celuisma.com.
