EuroVO-AIDA Board: kick-off meeting

17 & 18 (optional) March 2008, Strasbourg

The meeting will be held at Strasbourg Observatory, 11 rue de l'Université, in the main building (the one with the dome). The meeting room is the 'coupole' meeting room at the ground level (down the steps on the right at the building entrance).

Meeting Agenda

The meeting will be mainly devoted to the discussion of the Work Plan for Cycle 1 (45 minutes/Work Package, except WP1 for which 30 minutes are scheduled and WP2 and WP4 with 50 minutes). We need to have written material (viewgraphs) if possible from all partners describing their plans to begin to write the Work Plan. The discussion for each Work Package will be organised as follows:

• WP presentation by the WP lead (15 minutes, 20-25 minutes for WP2 and WP4)
• Partner plans for each WP (max. 1-2 viewgraphs/partner)
• Discussion

Tuesday 18 March 2008

Additional time may be devoted to further discussion of the Preliminary project plan. The Board members are also welcome to attend the Technology Forum which is held in parallel from Monday 17 March to Thursday 20 March (jointly organised by the VO-TECH project).
