WP1 objectives

• Oversee the project on behalf of all the partners
• Co-ordinate financial and administrative matters
• Deliver the project external presence

Description of Work

• Overall legal, contractual, financial and administrative management activities (CNRS, with support from all other partners), including:
  • establishment and maintenance of the Consortium Agreement
  • production of the contractual reports
  • compilation of the meetings organised and the reports produced by the project

• Project external presence (CNRS)
  • Web presence : EURO-VO in the ICT results : e-Infrastructures give real boost to virtual observatories - issued on 8 october 2009.
  • Presence at meeting organised by EC
  • Production of dissemination information requested by EC

Deliverables

• D1.1 (Month 4) - Project Web site
• D1.2 (Month 13) - First contractual periodic report to EC (Restricted to Programme participants, including the Commission Services)
• D1.3 (Month 25) - Second contractual periodic report to EC (Restricted to Programme participants, including the Commission Services)
• D1.4 (Month 30) - Final contractual report to EU (Restricted to Programme participants, including the Commission Services)
• D1.5 (Month 30) - Final Plan for the use and dissemination of foreground
