Technical documents and standards

Each document should have an introduction and summary which is human-readable; some of the details are more intended for reference but you should try and have a look at some of the DAL (Data Access Layer) standards, at least.

Note that these are often under development, so fine details may not always be up to date.

Finally, an ADS search for "VO data publishing" produces a good range of papers, or if you have any ADASS proceedings from the last few years these will also contain informative, short articles (note that the methods predicted even a few years ago have often changed greatly!).
