Some points from Giuliano (translated grid->theory):

• As regards the mailing list of institutes/astronomers to contact, Francoise suggests that once the presentation letter is ready we should send it to the board, the board will send it to the national representatives and the representatives send it to ALL the national institutes. She states that it is necessary to reach all the astronomers and collect also the experience of the small grid projects. *Questions:
  • What type of audience should we have in this workshop?
  • How many participants?
  • Would we like to limit to the one we can pay for?
