N=2 QSOs (Nos o, r).
N=5 galaxies in 'chain' (Letters 'Ch' in the format) west of NGC 4151.
N=2 galaxies G1 and G2, G1 is a companion of NGC 4151, G2 is embedded in a filament NW of NGC 4156.
NEQ3 (nonequilibrum system number 3 found around NGC 4151 by Sulentic and Arp, 1976, first year report on NSF grant.) showing a lenticular central galaxy attached to 3 compact objects, to of which are identified by their redshifts z1 and z2.
HII regions in NGC 4151, NGC 4156, and +MCG 7-25-48 are described as large knots.
