Note:The AutoRegressive Planet Search (ARPS) methodology is a novel sequence of statistical procedures for detecting transiting planetary candidates from photometric surveys. It complements official candidate lists such as the Kepler Objects of Interest and TESS Objects of Interest. The methodology is described by Caceres, Feigelson et al. (2019AJ....158...58C) and Melton, Feigelson et al. (2024AJ....167..202M). The ARPS methodology produces catalogs that are both sensitive to smaller planets and relatively free of contaminating False Positive and False Alarm.

The procedure has been applied to the 4-year Kepler survey (Caceres, Feigelson et al. 2019AJ....158...58C), and has been applied to the TESS Year 1 survey of the southern sky (DTARPS-S). A similar catalog is being prepared based on the TESS Year 2 survey of the northern hemisphere.

See also DTARPS-E for a future catalog based on the TESS survey of the ecliptic pole regions.
